Disappointing
Hotel was halfway closed and only 2 of the adult pools were available. Tennis court was closed and mini golf course tired like the rest of the hotel. Food was not satisfying, but eatable. Not to recommend!

Like : We liked everything about this resort. First of all the the Hospitality.... its amazing. The staff is well trained and always willing to help you (not just because they are paid to). Right from check-in desk girl Sol to Restaurant lady Mari. Very polite and caring. The cleanliness through out the property was at par. The rooms, swimming pool area, restaurant, path ways were always kept neat and clean. The water park 'Hidro park' included in the same price is a big bonus and loads of savings for us. My girls loved it. The food was good. Daily dinner theme adds to variety. You are never hungry or thirsty. Early breakfast, cols sandwich counters, late dinner, Burger bars, drink bars will always make sure you are fed even if you miss scheduled ones. The evening shows were entertaining , kids loved them. There could be more entertainment games, pool side activities for kids during day time as well.

the A/C in the room we stayed did not work properly, I requested a change of room but they did not honoured it.

Great variety of food and drink, enjoyed the themed nights. Pools and water park were excellent although would have liked to have seen at least one heated for those cooler days. Rooms clean but walls are paper thin and could hear conversations from adjoining rooms. Entertainment could have been better, quite dated.

Nice Hotel,good variety of food ,very clean and tidy .staff very nice . unfortunately the one thing let this place down was the room which is next to airconditioning chilling plants..noisy 24hrs.which should also be a health and safety issue..unable to sleep whole night..I will not even stay in these room for free..ps ask management to spend one night in these room.

Form a queue
Be prepared to queue for literally everything and plenty of mosquitoes. You queue to check in, queue for a drink, even soft drinks, queue for the restaurant, queue for ages for a hot snack, queue for the free bus queue to check out. There is a lot of time spent standing in a queue and this was out of peak season.

Not the sort of hotel we would go for but as we went with family(17) we enjoyed it.Lovely staff well kept gardens etc Rooms suitable,NO hairdryer in room was informed there was,but no problem you can hire one from reception Food very nice. Thanks Club Mac f or our stay

Brill hotel had a fab time kids loved it. Found all the staff very pleasant and helpful would go back again pools were great and the food is fantastic, plenty of choice for everyone. Shuttle bus very handy every 30 mins

Club Mac-Hotel Marte Alcudia Majorca
We booked a last minute week in October to this hotel knowing it was a 3 star and that was what we got. The hotel was clean, efficiently run, rooms basic and quite small however we were aware of that when we booked. The animation team worked hard and always looked happy. The food was quite basic but it was a 3 star after all so although we normally go 4 star we got what we expected. We were very fortunate with the weather, hotter than normal for this time of year and at the end of the day that is why we had gone-to get some late sunshine. Overall a good holiday for a week-don't think I could stay there for a fortnight though. Apart from the weather one of the highlights had to be the long sandy beach at Alcudia. The other had to be listening to the karaoke from the balcony-not many singers among them until one man sang Nessum Dorma-a lasting memory of this holiday-asbsolutely fantastic.

Ok if you have small children
My partner and myself went to club mac in September. We knew it was a family orientated place and this was no problem to us, we usually stay at family hotels and we always go during the middle of September when the children have gone back to school. We were not expecting quite so many families with really young children. We were all inclusive and could not really fault the choice, quantity and quality of the food and drinks throughout the day. The only problem during meal times were the volume of people staying in the hotel(s) it was impossible with the amount of young children to have a meal without children crying throughout. It just got a bit much after a few days. It felt like a primary school dining room rather than a restaurant. On the plus side it is a clean complex and well looked after and the staff are helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday. Rooms are very basic but comfortable enough. There is plenty to join in with and the beach bus is really convenient however they did finish with the complementary bus to Alcudia port during our stay. The pools are definitely a selling point, especially for families with young children. However when they advertise an 'adult' pool it means that only children over 6 can use them. Personally I would not go to club mac again, it was just too big for us and far too many people.

Perfekt hotell för den som vill bo med massor av människor och trängas i såväl pooler som matsal. Stora plusset är helt klart access till Hidro Park. I övrigt har hotellet inget att glänsa med varken gällande mat eller hotellområdet. Vi hängde hela dagarna på vattenlandet. på hotellet var det Tyvärr väldigt högljudda måltider, trångt, och stort minus för de lyhörda hotellrummen och korridorerna.

Virkelig et godt ophold på Club Mac!
Jeg var afsted alene med en 3 årig, og det var en virkelig god oplevelse for os begge. Rent og pænt hotel. Vi boede i Saturno bygningen, her var restauranten en smule mere kedelig end den i Marte, men det var udmærket, og vi valgte jo bare at gå i den anden bygning i stedet. Personalet i lobbyen var søde og hjælpsomme, men det var dog ikke alle der var lige gode på engelsk. Eneste lille minus var, at pools ikke er opvarmede, så her sidst på sæsonen var de iskolde at komme i.

Väldigt bra
Jättenöjda. Maten var väl över förväntan. Rent och snyggt, supertrevlig personal, roliga aktiviteter för barn. Vattenparken är fantastisk. Det enda tråkiga är är att rummen är lyhörda. Både från korridoren, men även ljud utifrån. Rekommenderar verkligen Club Mac

This was the first time to stay all inclusive accomodation though, Club Mac was great place especially for our kids. Under 10 years boys and girls must love this place.

Nous nous sommes sentis très isolés du fait que personne ne parle français, que tout est fait uniquement pour le tourisme anglais, Les établissements, notamment le self, est extrêmement bruyant, L'impolitesse de certains anglais et surtout de leurs enfants est tout à fait tolérée, la qualité de la nourriture est déplorable.

Beaucoup d’activités. Tout sur place . Navette gratuite pour la plage. Beaucoup de choix au niveau des repas . Parc aquatique à volonté mais pas précisé que les transats sont payants 4,50€ pièce . Gros problème de bruit la nuit et matin. Mauvaise Insonorisation et non respect des vacanciers qui dorment encore à 6h du mat . Non respect de la zone piscine non fumeur et sans nourriture!!!! Les secouristes disent rien. Glaces et autres par terre .

Kæmpe hotel med for meget støj
Kæmpe stort hotel. Det var helt umuligt at nærme sig en af de mange pools, da de er booket helt op fra tidlig morgen til sen aften. Hotellet er slidt og der er utrolig meget støj stort set hele døgnet også når man er på værelserne. Værelserne er rene og service er helt i top. Mad i restaurenterne er standard all inkl. mad og man skal kunne tåle ekstrem meget støj i restauranterne og kø. Vandland lige udenfor hotellet med fri VIP adgang. Vandland er fint men lille. Gratis strandbus og bus til havnen/byen - dem brugte mig meget det tager kun 5 min og man kan gå på 10-15 min.

Riktigt dåligt!
Det ända bra var servicen, maten var vidrig allt var friterat eller munkar. Dåligt skick på rummen och väldigt stökigt pool område.. även för en barnfamilj! Läget e bra.. men hotellet skulle jag aldrig bo på igen!!

Fantastisk for barn
Stooort hotell med masse aktiviteter for barn. De setter virkelig barn i fokus! God mat og drikke. Hyggelig ansatte. Hadde standar rom, helt ok. Vanlig sydenhotell rom. Be om å ikke få rom i 1 etg, da får du ikke balkong. Anbefales virkelig !

On the plus side the food was really good throughout they stay and the staff did a good job. Nice and clean around the pool areas. Negative side, it was just to big for us and this time of year only families with small children and none very considerate for the people around you in next door rooms and the walls are paperthin. Lots to do during the stay but if you're looking for a quite holiday this is not for you.

Vi är en familj på 6 personer och detta hotell var utmärkt för oss som storfamilj. All inclusive med riktigt bra mat och god dryck. Helt ok pooler och gratis inträde till vattenpark som var riktigt kul även för oss som vuxna. Nära till havet och bra anslutningar om man vill åka kollektivt. Vi hade bil och kunde med lätthet ta oss överallt vi ville. Bra och trevlig personal, bra stämning på hotellet.
