In theory it could have been a easy check in experience however on the massage they forget the special first time entrance code. I had to call them since the office is closed you have wait on phone to get routed to Köln head office . "Urban loft has a cool concept and property is very chic. The room layout was very user centric and spacious. Great service of the staff as they checked us in early on request and everyone was polite. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood 10 mins walk to the main central train station of Berlin houf. Definitely recommend staying here. The front desk is also a bar and they are open 24/7."
