I called the reception a couple times asking for a blanket, and when they finally answered the told me to come to the reception to grab it there. I didn’t like it. I think they could have extra blanket in the room. Also there was no extra towels in the room.

Nice clean hotel.
We used this hotel as a stop over before a early flight after amazon. We did not leave hotel so can not comment on area however hotel was perfect for the cost. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Would definatley recommend this hotel to stay.

Very Tiny Rooms!
These rooms are some of the smallest I have seen, no dresser or space to put luggage, barely 12 inches between beds. Very very clean. Shower door opens maybe 16 inches. Night and weekend staff speak little English or Spanish, I had to resort to google translate. You only get 1 towel per person. The attached restaurant had really good food, there's a nice cafe on ground floor. Weekday staff very helpful, spoke some English. Decent internet and no issues with water pressure. Area seems safe

Good location.
You can walk to the soccer stadium. The bus stop is half a block away. Downtown is about 20 minutes away on bus. The near by park is great since Brazilians love to exercise. The only far attraction is the Playa Negra...about 40-50 reales on taxi....

I stayed here with 2 friends after we had finished an Amazon Rainforest tour. Our stay was very short (10 hours), but the room was clean and very nice. We ate at the restaurant on the main floor, and it was pretty good. I would suggest this hotel to someone else

Manaus visit
Located half way from everything in Manaus, it is not far from the airport, city center attractions, and businesses. New, clean, and the staff is attentive and helpful.

We stayed 1 night following 4 nights in an Amazonian lodge as our flight was early morning. The hotel is well maintained, the staff friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Já fiquei hospedado nesse hotel varias vezes e nunca vi um descaso no banheiro tão grande como dessa vez, a falta de manutenção está deixando a desejar e os travesseiros da cama estavam velhos também.

Bom hotel, muito bem localizado. O meu quarto era bom, funcional. Só não ganha 5 por dois detalhes, o primeiro eu não gostei muito do chuveiro, embora a água estivesse boa, e o segundo o serviço de limpeza de quarto deixou a desejar... Das 4 noites que eu fiquei, 2 eles não tiraram o lixo e na outra eles não arrumaram a cama, foi a primeira vez que vejo isso. Mas eu voltaria ao hotel sem dúvidas.
