My wife and her friend stayed here, fortunately only for one night. The location is ideal for seeing the temple and amphitheatre etc. However the property itself was very dirty, shabby, and unsafe. Bedding was grubby and stained. Water was leaking onto the bathroom floor from somewher. Electric sockets were hanging off the wall and there were exposed wires and sockets. A dirty,used ash tray was left on our table,which was dirty and stained with red marks; not sure if it was blood or something else. Outside our window was a dumping ground for old equipment and rubbish. A real eyesore. Also, the pool filter was exposed; a child could easily trip or fall into the hole in the decking. We conveyed our concerns to the staff/ managers. They were very nice people but didn't seem to grasp that there was a problem. They said that they would supply clean pillow cases but we didn't get them. Photos were taken to show problems. There was only one review when I booked this hotel, and it was glowing. I can't understand why other guests have not reviewed this place.as I would definitely not book it again. Nice staff but dirty and unsafe.

Geçen hafta 4 gece konakladık toll gardenda. Anna Hanım sıcak karşılama , güleryüzlü hizmeti ile çok yardımcı oldu bize her konuda. Personel de gayet iyiydi. Bahçeye bakan bungalovlarda kaldık. Gayet sessiz ve huzurluydu. Balkona çıktığınızda kuş seslerini duyabiliyorsunuz. Otelin konumu muhteşem. Yürüyerek 3 dakidada sahildesiniz. Alışveriş için market vb yerler çok yakında. Temizlik iyiydi.Temizlik, nevresim/havlu değişimi talep ile yapılıyor, sıklığını kendiniz belirliyorsunuz. Denizi sığ ve sahili de kum.Çocuklar, su korkusu olanlar, yüzme bilmeyen veya yeni öğrenenler için ideal deniz.

Zunächst einmal habe ich, obwohl es nicht in meinem Paket enthalten war, im Hotel zu einem günstigen Preis zusätzlich eine Verpflegungsoption gekauft, weil ich die Speisen im Hotel ausprobieren wollte, und zum Glück habe ich das gemacht. Das Essen im Hotel war hervorragend! Jede Mahlzeit bot leckere und vielfältige Optionen. Besonders die Auswahl an Mezze und Hauptgerichten hat mich beeindruckt. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst höflich und immer aufmerksam. Sie reagierten schnell auf meine Bedürfnisse und halfen uns bei jeglichen Anliegen. Der hoteleigene Strand war ein großer Teil meines Urlaubs. Die Nähe zum Meer war großartig. Die Sonnenschirme und Liegen waren immer sauber und ordentlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ebenfalls sehr vernünftig. Angesichts der angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten und Dienstleistungen war der gezahlte Betrag mehr als angemessen. Kurz gesagt, das Hotel, in dem ich an meinem letzten Urlaubstag übernachtet habe, hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, und wenn ich nächstes Jahr in die Türkei komme, erwäge ich, länger zu bleiben. Vielen Dank.

En oas med närhet till allt. Lugnt o skönt. Städning och byte av sängklader får man vid tillsägelse. Ägaren Abdullah var hjälpsam o fanns aldrig långt borta. Maten var god o vällagad. Frukost med de nödvändigaste. Kommer tillbaka nästa år.

Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim

Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen otel sahibi ile otele gitmeden telefonlaştığımızda misafirlerin 3’te çıkacağı ve 5’e kadar temizlik yapılacağı söylendi. Buna hayhay demeyip girişin aslında 2’de olduğunu, biz 3’te gelmemize rağmen oda sağlanmamasını kabul etmediğimi söyleyerek oda istediğimde “boş odam yok 5’ten önce kabul edemem, zaten normalde 1 günlük olmuyor, en az 2 gün oluyor, sistem yanlış vermiş” diyip tersleyerek özür diledi. Özür maalesef ki yapılan yanlışı düzeltmiyor. Ayrıca uygulama hatası beni ilgilendiren bir şey değil. Otele ulaştığımızda ise yine agresif tavırlar sergileyerek bize 5’e kadar denize girmemizi söyledi, sadece üzerimizi değiştirmek için odalardan birini kullanmamıza müsaade etti yani boş odayı 5’e kadar geçici olarak dahi vermedi, eşyalarımızı bile koydurmadı. Sonra da biz burada kaç kişiyle muhatap oluyoruz mazur görün agresif olabiliriz minvalinde şeyler söyledi. Ben tatile gelip neden bir işletmecinin agresifliğini alttan almak zorundayım ki? Müşteriye o kadar doyulmuş ki bize davranış şekli bile müşteri memnuniyeti kaygısından uzaktı. İşletmecilik böyle olmaz, bir mağduriyet oluştu ise giderilmeye çalışılır ancak bize yapılan muameleme aşırı kötüydü. İşten fırsat bulup kafa dinlemeye gittiğimde karşılaştığım muamele beni tatilden soğuttu. Evet yemekleri güzeldi, odaları temizdi, sadece banyo çok küçüktü ve hortumlu duş başlığı yoktu. Fakat işletmecinin davranışı ve karşılama her şeyden önemlidir, biz bundan hiç memnun kalmadık.
