"Clean, spacious room with beautiful view of the river. We did not breakfast here although there was dining available for purchase. Convenient walkable location to downtown riverwalk, art museum and dining. Elevator was slow and parking available across the street, would stay here again, felt safe and welcomed by staff."

"The staff and amenities were wonderful. The carpet and couch could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. "

"Room was not clean. Molding on floor was filthy. Large beautiful balcony view was ruin by very filthy windows. Asked for them to be cleaned, they said they would send someone right away, never happened. Even though we had a suite I believe it was possibly a handicap accessible and honestly had the smallest most inconvenient shower I’ve ever been in. The size of the room was great but their attention to detail has most definitely gone down hill over the last year. The lobby area has a giant installation of hanging margarita glasses and besides them being very dusty there were many that were broken. The parking attendants were less than forthcoming and we had to ask if they worked here. Minor issue but odd nonetheless was the towels were all in the nice large closet inside the bedroom, they couldn’t be farther away from the bathroom unless they were outside. Sad to say this will likely be our last stay here. "
