Great place to stay In Manila, I’ve visited and stayed at this hotel/location 3x’s this year already! Very convenient to shopping, safe and secure, within walking distance to nightclubs and restaurants, very helpful staff and 24/7 security guards that has a sense of humor that makes you feel safe and relaxed staying there. Overall this is a great place!!!!!

Close to everything where I want to go and room is very clean. Wish the use of the indoor pool doesn't have an extra charge. It should be included with the room.

Clean. Nice staffs. Location is hard for taxi drivers to find. It’s better to tell the driver to drop you off at Robinsons mall (in Malate) which is about 300m away then walk to the hotel.

Spaciou, clean room - walk distance to plaza
This hotel has potential to be good. Whilst I knew it was coming - I don't like having to give a cash deposit of 1000phil £s - then when I got to the room - it was a damaged room - curtains ripped/broken, toilet flusher bearly hanging on, cushion with a stain and black marks on wall... once you get over that - the room is spacious, the air con is good and effective, the room is quiet and about 8 min walk to massive shopping plaza (Robinsons Mall) - about 25 min walk to marine park aquarium. Wifi was good. Shower was not so good - not much pressure - and was only cold water on one day. A little bit of care - and could be a much better experience, but overall a good room for the price. Also - tv is good - with english channels.

I like it. Its nice and clean. Its cheap. Bit I suggesst that they should a longer shower curtain so the water won’t go in the other sad of the bathroom.

1st time - OK
I enjoyed my stay, however, did feel that some areas need to be improved or considered. 1) the shower was not ideal, 2) safe not working & 3) amenities not being available (iron).

The front desk was rude to my fiance. Turns out the hotel is for hookers. I immediately moved her another hotel. I did not get a refund. She did not stay more than 45 minutes in the room.

Terrible money scam place beware for they will charge you extra to use their filthy pool hahahahah like seriously? What a scam you payed I guess just to sleep in their very uncomfortable bed and everything else has a price please be aware of hidden fees do not stay in this place it a scam

Like they say, don't judge the book by it's cover. What you see may not be what you get. I was amazed with the interior of the hotel rooms. I did say rooms. Checked Out and then had to Check In again. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Had 2 different rooms. Though the rooms were different, the atmosphere of the rooms were the same. Very comfortable and cozy. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were just the way I like it, thick and firm. Set the air conditioning to your liking. For me I like it COLD!!!! I was surprised with the shower. It had 3 types of settings. Faucet, Shower Head and the Rain Fixture Head. A-Mazing!!!! Hotel is walking distance to the stores, restaurants, massage, mall, and don't forget the clubs.

This property is nearly brand new. It’s in a good location 5 minute walk to Robinson s Mall which is new mega mall . Tons of restos there. The staff was friendly. There was an issue checking in as the motel was full the night before and I had to wait for a couple hours past check in time. The guest relations manager apologized and offered a late check out the next day. It’s a brand new motel experiencing some growing pains . The suite I had was really nice with a view of Manila Bay. Check out was a little rough as I was trying to catch a shuttle and it took 20 mins to release my room and deposit Over all its a really nice motel there is a pool and small gym for a fee. Wha

The ions are portrayed as huge yet too small. There was not enough ventilation as windows are too small and you can’t even go to balcony as it’s not cleaned. Shower room gets flooded and the drainage gets clogged all the time. Staff are awesome though. Never will be back. NOT WIRTH RECOMMENDUNG TO OTHERS.

Nice New Hotel
Hotel is new, parking is limited and tight. We had issues with someone always taking our parking space. This could be better managed by the staff to improve. Other than that no issues, the hotel is still new so I hope they keep the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. Location was perfect for our trip.

The hotel is on a good location and the rooms are new & fresh. We not enjoy the noise from the hall. The other doors close very loudly & housekeeping claen room day & night. The last night 4 AM housekeeping was cleaing a room with her phone on full volume with music that woke us up. We ask her to close it we need to sleep.

Pas trop mal situe, mais personnel a l'acceuil pas franchement aimable.Wifi qui fonctinne mal. Hotel frequente par des philipins bruyants tous les soirs, jusqu'a 2h30- 3h00 du matin. Puis a 4 heure le bruit de la rue. Donc hotel comme Manille sans interet et a eviter.

1101号室　問題なく快適に滞在できた
特に問題なく滞在できる。清潔、快適に滞在できた。クーラーもよく冷える。換気もできる。風呂お湯も出る。ショッピングモールから近い。スタッフの対応も問題ない。目の前にある日本食の魔羅亭美味しい（値段は日本と変わらないが）。ここの系列は次回も利用しようと思える。
