A perfect “no frills” basic, clean, inexpensive and well run option for those wanting to be in the famous Malate neighborhood. Epicenter of Manila nightlife in the heart of downtown Manila

I have stayed at this hotel since it opened in 2016. It is clean and well maintained, but you have no phone or fridge in your room. There is a 24 hour 711 in the hotel. This is a very stripped down basic hotel and now you have to request for your room to be cleaned each day you stay!!!! That is a step too far for me as the price is not lower and I consider this a very basic service when staying in a hotel. This area is also very overwhelmed with street people begging for money constantly and aggressively.

Staff seemed helpful. Jewellery bag went missing while staying at hotel. We did not use any cleaning service during our stay. Not sure what happened to Jewellery.

I have been staying at this hotel since it was opened in 2016. The one thing that I hate about staying here is the list of rules and fines that they read you when you arrive. Not a very friendly welcome and the only hotel I stay at that does this in Asia. Will at the front desk is a gem. I stayed two weeks and they still charged me $600 pesos to stay three hours past check out. They only clean your room now if you request it, which seems lazy after Covid has died down. Overall, I like the staff but think this hotel needs new management that is more hospitality focused. This was a quarantine hotel before and it seems the manager has not recognized that tourist are back and expect value for their money. Rates are still the same as when they cleaned your room every day and did not treat you like you were arriving to a prison.
