There is construction in the area, and there is a constant beep beep beep all day long. In addition, noise can be clearly heard from the streets.

The stay was decently nice, but there was zero flexibility in the booking. I got a huge runaround from Expedia to this property to the front desk and trying to make any change to the booking. The hotel did not want to take responsibility. If you're going to book here, just make sure you're going to not change your reservation.

The room was clean and the house keeping staff was very good and friendly. The television had multiple HBO channels. The shower water was hot. My only complaint was that the bed size was standard or below and the mattress was thin with no box spring mattress.

Decor was dated and not well thought out. AC’s worked well. The originally assigned apartment did not have the bedsize in the description but luckily they upgraded our unit to one with a bigger bed. The washing machine & dryer was a waste. Staff were friendly and helpful.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING: I was booked to stay here from 9/11-9/16. The rooms are old and dated, there is a bad smell in the rooms (I had 2 adjoining rooms) and hallway is dirty. The air conditioning is horrible (we called maintenance and they said there was nothing they could do). My daughter developed a rash on her back after sleeping on the bed the first night (I have pictures). I submitted a review to KL residence itself and never heard back from them. I stayed here with my family in 2019 and was so happy with my stay so I decided to book again when I returned to the Philippines this year. I am so disappointed with KL and how they have failed to maintain their rooms and facility. After the first night we decided to check in elsewhere. Disgusting.

Worst service and experience in a hotel
This hotel has trust issues and the guards have no concept of good quality service. They emailed to send the IDs in advance to avoid any hassle, but the staff still asked for my id at checkin. Why would they ask for it in advance only to ask for it again during checkin. Process is so inefficient. Guards left me waiting for 15 minutes before I’m able to park my car. The guards in the front door of the hotel lobby had constantly asked us for my hotel room number whenever I go out and get inside the bldg. First time to have a horrible experience with the guards.
