Water problems: lower pressure that I can not shower enough. Power black out for one night They don’t change new towels unless I ask for it Somehow they try to do for customer but their standards are lower than I expected

The staff are always cleaning and making repairs. It shows that they care and the security at this site is excellent. I am sure I was the only American in the hotel and they treated me like one of the citizens there, they were very polite and helpful.

The place is nice and clean. Close to malls such as trinoma and sm north but the shower is not working. I asked for a service to fix it at around 7 am but they told me that the service crew is not available coz he will arrive at a later time which is very inconvenient for me since i have to leave early for my work. Also, only three channels are available on the television.

今、チェックインしたばかりでまだよくわかりませんが 思ってたより広かった 二人ではもったいないくらい 出来れば冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、部屋でお湯が沸かせるぐらいにはして欲しいです
