"Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. "The car park had plenty of spaces when we arrived at about 12.15 on a saturday. It was easy to pay when we were leaving. Our room was ready and the reception team let us check in early which was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd requested a travel cot in the room and really appreciated that this had been seen and the cot was ready before we arrived. We had breakfast the next morning - we went about 8am and it was quiet, it got more busy as we were leaving. The staff were constantly cleaning up and replenishing the food. Our 3rd stay here and we'll definitely be back next time we visit Leeds"
