"Let me first say that the staff was friendly and wonderful. The hotel was at a great location close to all shops and restaurants. In my opinion, the property itself however needed some work. The room I had was terribly. There were bed bugs, the bathroom shower didn’t drain properly so every time I finished showering it would fill up like a bathtub. The pool at the roof top had sediments in there and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Lastly, the hallways in the hotel smelled a little odd and funky. Overall not a great comfortable stay and had to check out early because of the bed bugs. "

"I really enjoyed our time here for my honey bday celebration. We stayed 8 days, definitely the best shower I had on any resort as far as water, very hot and pressurized really well. Took some getting use to with the tissue being thrown only in trash cans, but they serviced your room everyday. It is a little outdated, but super clean. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and a show almost every night. I have to give a shoutout to my girl Juliette, she was amazing, she made our stay extra special and I really appreciated her amazing customer service towards all guests, not just us!!!! I really loved all the staff members, it was like a home away from home. They were so sweet, kind, welcoming and very hospitable. The lunch and dinner was so good, especially the sushi. The omelets and fresh fruit were good as well, wish they had turkey or chicken options for breakfast. The pools were amazing and seeing turtles in the lake behind the pool was awesome. They also have pool beds, chairs and tables first come first serve, no charge. One day they did a family day and had bounce house sliding pools for the kids it was so cute. It is also close distance to a lot of nice night clubs and downtown area. Would definitely recommend this for any occasion. The security is really tight here too. Also very safe they don't play about anyone coming and going, they verify all guests especially at night. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!"

"Got the worst rooms facing a parking lot. Tv was not working in our room. Called reception to send someone to fix it. No one came. Extra towels and pillows were requested several times, in person at reception and by calling 4 to 5 times. No one responded to the request duringbour 3 day stay. None of the restaurants were available to book. Only one the turkish restaurant and we arrived on time. But they told us they cannot take order till enire party is at the table. Terrible service on a holiday. Staff at cocierge counter were rude and the restaurant reservation person was extremely rude. The propety does not feel like a Hilton. The management has no customer service rules. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was our first visit to Curacao, and was very disappointing. "

"The room was clean but ac was not as cold. Not many staff in the bars. Pool was decent. Food in the buffet was good for breakfast but not for diner. Food does not stay warm. Reservations to the restaurants are a must as soon as you arrive, gets full quickly. Rent a car to explore beaches to the west, it’s magnificent!"
