"Very friendly staff from management, to the front desk, to the housekeepers. I forgot my airpods in my bed and the housekeepers informed management right away. The manager found me enjoying the included breakfast and handed me the airpods. Far and above exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!"

"The bathtub was filthy! I have never seen a hotel tub with a black ring , as well as black stains on the tub floor. It looked as if the tub had not been cleaned in over 100 stays! We couldn't even use it! There was no housekeeping staff available to clean it when we checked in, and the front desk staff couldn't even find any cleaner for me to clean it myself. Ridiculous."
