"This was a great location right by the train station and close to the ruins. The apartment was small, but comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine and we were able to do a quick load of laundry. We had to contact the property manager when we arrived, which we did not know ahead of time, however she responded quickly and was great! They held our luggage for us while we toured Pompei. Overall a nice place to stay."

Very helpful people on reception, even though they didn’t speak English they had a card prepared to explain this, and to explain what was needed and that I could contact someone in the morning if needed. Pleasant room with fridge, hob, some limited cooking facilities. Had to make tea by boiling water in a pan. WiFi excellent. Bed had sheets but no duvet. "Truly a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming and tended to all our needs. The breakfast is nice. The rooms are cozy, bathroom very sleek and clean. The location is walking distance from the shoreline and the metro so exploring everything the coast had to offer was easy. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel now that I’ve been to it."

"We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."
