"A beautiful, clean and spacious room, we had a dance in it!
Loved the window shutters. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was also spacious with a huge sink and the shower was 3 way and very powerful.
The location was perfect, on People's Square with everything close by. A great bakery steps from the hotel and the best ice cream shop on the opposite side of the square.
The reception were really helpful.
There is so much to do in Split that we will definitely return and stay in this beautiful historical building.

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s in a fantastic location – close to the centre of Split but tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to plenty of restaurants and bars, with a great choice of food and budgets to suit everyone.
Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and had fresh towels available every day if we wanted them. The décor was charming, with a style that reflected the atmosphere of Split’s old town streets.
We walked everywhere during our stay. On a cooler day (end of September/early October), we explored the beautiful Marjan forest, which was well worth it. We also walked to a lovely beach where we hired loungers for €20 each – there are several spots along the coast to choose from, all clean, uncrowded and inviting. On the way back, we stopped at the Tennis Club terrace bar for a drink, which had wonderful views over the beach.
Getting to the hotel was easy too – we took the airport shuttle bus (€16 each) to the harbour and walked from there in about 15 minutes through La Riva.
All in all, a perfect stay - highly recommend."
"The clerk was 27 yrs old and about to get a license- was sooooo helpful, professional, personable- left such a great impression! The location is great- u can walk anywhere, restaurant on grounds, dpa in basement and was just remodeled and was sooo clean. Will stay there again!"
