"Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. Close to the airport so you hear the planes flying in but it’s not bad. I was able to sleep comfortably. They have a cafe and a rooftop restaurant on the property and both had really delicious food. "

"No shower curtain, so water made a mess out to the bathroom's floor after taking a bath. Room door still uses physical key instead of modern electronic card. elevator is just up to certain points, then you need to walk up stair to get to your room's floor which will be impossible for wheelchair people. toilet paper is just enough for half day if you and your partner use twice might be enough. Soap cube is terrible. If you apply that soap to your skin with water, it will be really hard to move your hand to rub your skin. Toilet bow is shaken and scare you that it might be broken and any moment. Toilet base which you sit on is moved freely that you can fall off if you are not careful because it slide freely like it is there for looking , not for you to sit on it. Terrible toilet base."

"The hotel was clean and well-kept, and its location near many shops was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only issue was that the toilet paper rolls were quite small, and only one was provided; with three of us staying for four nights, we had to request additional rolls multiple times."

"It's still in great shape, kept clean and the vibe is still calm and relaxed. It's so unusual to have a ground-level pool with landscaping and lounge chairs in a close-to-the-airport hotel, but this place is gorgeous and peaceful. Staff are extra accommodating and were able to get me into a room several hours early since I arrived on an early morning flight. Highly recommend!"
