"Do not stay in this place its dirty and noisy. The free shuttle does not exist they lie about having a free shuttle. I ended up using grab from airport to hotel it cost me $40 canadian its far away from airport. And upin checkout they call a taxi cost me onther $40 canadian dollars againg so where is the free shuttle. They acussing me of the shuttle was scheduled thats a liethey dont have a shuttle at all why would they accused me of a scheduled shuttle if they call a taxi for me. Do not stay in this hotel they lie. The reason i booked this place because of the convenience of pickup at airport and back. Its all a lie. Money is not a problem i just dont like being lied to and getting stressed of getting to the hotel.pls removed your free shuttle at your web site so other people dont expect a free shuttle.
