"Our room was hot and smelled old and of mold. The air conditioner would work and stop working. Lizards were in the room and we had to kill them. All within the first 2 hours. We found another hotel to check into. The hotel did refund us for our stay."

"I chose the hotel due to the location at the airport. I understood traffic in Bangkok can be bad. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was lovely. Even a smoking room. Plus should the traffic be too busy you have the option of walking to the terminal via an underground air conditioned walkway."
