"Very friendly check in, room was beautiful and a very comfy bed, the food at the total banquet was excellent and a lovely cocktail in Fleur de Lys! Would love for there to be a little coffee shop which is open before the park for the mornings! "

"The rooms were clean. No fridge. There was no shower. Only a tub. The tub did not drain properly. This needed to be done manually. I had to repair the knob to switch from tub to hand-held shower wand. To get into the building was an ordeal. They had to x-ray all of your bags and had a list of prohibited normal daily items that are all acceptable at every other hotel, but apparently not here. It was manageable, but I would not stay here again. It was a reasonable walk to the park. Park shuttles were frequent."

"Les planchers sont très sales et collants partout dans l’hôtel. Les planchers des chambres sont en tapis ce qui n’est pas hygiénique. L’éclairage dans la chambre est très fort et ne peut pas se diminuer ce qui n’est pas pratique pour la toilette la nuit ou pour les enfants qui ont souvent besoin d’une petite veilleuse la nuit. Les files d’attentes ne sont pas gérées pour les kiosques de nourriture/café/bar. Chaque fois je me fais dépasser par les clients qui se ruent sans politesse et le personnel ne s’en préoccupe pas. Manque de personnel sur le site. Manque de serviettes à la piscine. Le parc extérieur est super et le dépôt de valise est très efficace. Nettoyage de chambre apprécié. Le décor bateau au centre de l’hôtel est super beau. Le bus-navette pour Disney qui est inclus est vraiment pratique et super apprécié !!"

"Breakfast was fine and functional. Good selection of pastries and bread. Breakfast staff were really efficient. The shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland did not seem very regular or easy to find. I contacted the hotel before arrival about the shuttle from the station. No response. I then called multiple times on arrival. No response. Not ideal when travelling with 3 small children. We walked to the hotel in the end (about 15 minutes). Room was also functional and clean. "

"Good hotel, would go back! The Disney shuttle bus is very helpful and the overall place is good. However, hall ways paint may need to be updated. But overall the place is great for a Disney trip especially with children as there’s plenty to do for them. The pool was closed but guests were allowed to go to Dream castle or Explorers hotel."

"The room, the staff, amenities. And they took my daughter wallet from the room and they didn’t even do anything they only told us to go to the police but we don’t live here. And the food in not that good for the mornings at all and the morning staff did not let us leave with the food even though other people did it and what makes it worse I’m black the that she let go where white she was yelling as well but all we said we saw other people going out with the food only good thing was the dinner was free for us at least night of the vacation. This was written by my 10 year old who was on her birthday vacation to visit Disney Paris."

"We love these little villas and this is our second stay here. Villas very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, great location for Disney and the Val d'Europe. We did have an issue with the heating - upstairs very warm, downstairs very cold and despite visits from the engineer it was not resolved but it didn't detract from us enjoying our stay here again. "
