"My sister and I had a pleasant stay. Our only complaint is that they haven’t updated their website to list 10:30 as checkout time . The website says 11:00. I stated this in last year’s review but it still hasn’t been addressed. "

"Newly renovated, beautiful view of the river, friendly staff, comfy beds, amazing restaurant (Helen's) in the same parking lot. Only complaints were: The pillows (too firm, woke up multiple times because of this, woke up with a stiff neck/muscle spasms) There's no desk or even a table to use for computer and no chairs upstairs on the deck to use outside. On the 2nd floor, the balcony is one long deck so people walk by your room. Make sure your sliding door is locked! No privacy on the balcony obviously. "
