"Absolutely beautiful room, close by the airport, and overall a fantastic luxury stay without breaking the bank! My only issue with this place is that the room service portions are incredibly small. Ordered a pasta plate with a portion that barely covered the large plate, and it cost me $18!!! And the food wasn’t even that good. Other than that, everything else was fantastic! Just don't bother ordering room service, and you're all set!"

"Very close to the airport and less expensive than other properties in the area. Still a little pricey for what you get, but it is Miami near the airport. Staff was great, pizza place in the lobby was good. "

"1st we went to the north instead of east location neither would drive us 5 mins to the other location. Had to book an Uber what poor C/S 2nd issue elevators dirty 3rd issue 3 pamphlets dropped under door within first hour of arriving. Why are strangers allowed in the building? Front staff have no clue who is entering the hotel. 4th. Lacking problem solving abilities. F one location has coffee out during the day all should. That’s why it’s called a chain. Invest in training invest in helping the customer they will rave about your brand name . Instead I have nothing good to say. Just so you know not one employee knew the managers last name. That’s how bad it is. How do you not know this information, it’s basic? "
