"The property doesn't match the description given in Expedia. There is no lake view, no living room inside the room. The business studio suite opens up in a kitchen and then leads to the room. Hotel is clean but the area around is surrounded by buildings. You cannot remove the curtains of the room because of the privacy concerns as the other buildings are very close to the property. "

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....
