"We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was an option for this."

"The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. The stay felt fresh and comfortable, with all the little touches that made it easy to settle in right away. Definitely one of those stays that makes you wish you had more time to relax and enjoy. Would absolutely come back!"
