"The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."

The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. "1) The front desk staff is very hostile and unwilling to accommodate even when being in the wrong 2) we were told we had to exchange rooms for a smaller room after the first night when we paid for a 4-night stay in a large room because they overbooked 3) there is a very real mice problem, climbing curtains and all 4) we left after the first night because we felt our safety was compromised "
