"The staff in every aspect of this hotel are amazing! Whether greeting at the door or hallway or completing a breakfast order, each staff member was friendly and quick-to-help. Breakfast was a great price and had a big variety of items to choose from, in addition to made-to-order omelettes, oatmeal, or pancakes. The airport shuttle service was a huge help for our group. The bed was comfortable and, though the air conditioner didn’t seem to change temperature levels, it kept the room a cool retreat to come back to. I would definitely stay here again, top choice!"

"1) The front desk staff is very hostile and unwilling to accommodate even when being in the wrong 2) we were told we had to exchange rooms for a smaller room after the first night when we paid for a 4-night stay in a large room because they overbooked 3) there is a very real mice problem, climbing curtains and all 4) we left after the first night because we felt our safety was compromised "
