Rewarding place to stay

Wonderful experience with the warm, efficient staff who try and cater to your wishes. Front desk was efficient and courteous and even gave you a fresh orange juice on your arrival. Room service was excellent as well as the diverse quality of the food - fresh and tasty and prepared with care. Its been a very rewarding experience and will definitely come back. I recommend this hotel for guests who are not too demanding or picky. Very easy going atmosphere without all the hype. If you ate looking for a nice and quiet place to stay this is definitely for you. You will not be disappointed.

One of the safest and cleanest hotel experiences in Dhaka. My room was 678 sq ft. Large ,well kept, and modern. I could order gourmet food 24/7 which was an excellent perk. Breakfast area is small in size but food is great.

Hot water didn't come out once, but they fixed it soon. They didn't make up my room one day. The suite room is specious, the bed is enough big, and there is a big bathtub.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, creating a noisy environment that made it difficult to rest after a 19-hour flight. Additionally, there were issues with cold water for showers and intermittent power outages during the stay. While the staff were accommodating, these factors made the overall experience unfavorable, and I wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel.

Everything at the hotel was amazing, including the staff. However, both TVs in the living room and in the bedroom was horrible. Needed TV Internet was working or any streaming channels, including YouTube. I called maintenance workers to come fix it, but it was a total disaster. I was told by the staff at the hotel those TVs are 15+ years old. That is not a good look. At this point, they should throw those TVs away because it’s embarrassing.

Everything about this hotel is excellent . The location is perfect. Trendy shops and restaurants near by. The staff were excellent , right from the security to the porters. This was my second visit to the hotel in 9 months. Special thanks to Krishna who I presume is hotel manager or supervisor. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

Nice hotel to stay for business trip

food is good. Location is nice. You can find food easily around the hotel. WIFI speed is ok. The weakness is that the Gym is small with one jogging machine. Rooms number is too less.
