The staff make this place a great hotel. I would not agree that the property is 5* anymore, but I think that the staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing. Helpful, kind and supportive. The staff make a decent hotel into a 5* experience

Make sure you have a plan around transport. Uber is an efficient method of transport before night time. CNG or rickshaws are OK but not comfortable for long distances.
