The same was sorted by hotel staff however a call to website Hotels.com from where room was booked had worst experience of mine . Inspite of informing him about ISD call , the hotels.com executive kept on hold for 15 mins till my phone balance was over and then no response from hotels.com. is is professional to keep your customer hanging at a different country and shrug yoirslef of responsibilities. "One of the safest and cleanest hotel experiences in Dhaka. My room was 678 sq ft. Large ,well kept, and modern. I could order gourmet food 24/7 which was an excellent perk. Breakfast area is small in size but food is great. "
