"I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

"Enjoyed our week stay at the Kouros Palace. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a nice bonus. Guests are transported to their room via golf buggy towhich also ran people to the beach. Resort is quite hilly so could be an issue for those with mobility problems. - Hotel gardens and pool areas were nice and had lovely views of the gardens and sea. Excellent all-inclusive resort!
"What a terrific place to stay! We were here for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely, facing the sea. Perfect for morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. The food was plentiful and fresh. We especially enjoyed being greeted by Ersida every time we went into dine. She is such a sweet and friendly young woman. Christina was our cocktail waitress for our after-dinner digestif and was outstanding! The head of housekeeping, Linda, was also very helpful. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. We took a 43€ taxi from the airport and paid 52€ for the shuttle back. We also rented a car right at the resort for two days so we could explore the island- well worth it. You can visit the other Mitsis properties; but we think Ramira Beach is the best! We’d definitely like to return someday. "
