"The hotel is in a rural area but there is a bus stop outside into Kos town. Otherwise nowhere to walk to. Pools and grounds kept in good condition. Food selection and eating areas very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very varied accommodation, we had a nice room in the hotel overlooking the sea."

"It was fine, quite basic but nice enough. Overall not bad hotel for the money. Room fine, with a balcony but ours were blocked with trees, which would be welcoming I expect in height of summer, pleasant bed (two twins together), kitchenette was useful (bring washing up liquid and wash sponge, seems to be common in Greece). The bathroom was small with bath mat and floor soaking due to shower. Nice pool / sun bathing area, with pool bar which does breakfast/lunch/evening meals (music could be a touch quieter but not too bad). Hotel breakfast was quiet well used, we didn't use so presume was OK. Good reasonably priced grocery shop opposite not linked to hotel. Short walk to main road to Kos, (pebbly) beach with 3+ nice beach restaurants and a sports bar. 30+min walk to Kos Town (with ancient ruins on the way) which wasn't bad (in end of September wouldn't want to do it in summer) apart from cyclists who seen to have right if way. Kos Town is worth the walk very historical, or hire a bike or use bus. Taxi 8 euros."

"Lovely clean room. Upgraded to apartment from studio. Nice friendly staff. Choice of breakfast items was good. Pool area good. Quiet when we stayed as end of September. Location was ideal for our 2 night stay. 10 mins walk to local shop. Taverna next door with great food and a few more within 15 min walk. Would use again for short break either before or after ferry hopping trip."

"We booked at the last minute after being stranded in Kos due to the recent air traffic control incident. We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, we’re old!). It would be nice to have a pool area with no music for people who prefer a more chilled vibe. The food is unremarkable but plentiful - you definitely won’t starve here. The rooms are clean but need a bit of TLC (we had no warm water in the shower in the morning - lukewarm in the evening). The gardens and flowers around the resort are lovely & the staff are super friendly & helpful. Best suited for those looking for a lively resort atmosphere. It was a port in a storm for us - & we were grateful for it."

"Me and a friend of mine stayed here for 4 nights in August. I was a little hesitant to stay here given the reviews but honestly these do not reflect our experiences. Is it a 5-star hotel, no. But as someone who has been to Greece probably 20 times and therefore stayed at countless hotels, I thought this was very good. I honestly do not know what the negative reviewers were expecting, because a hotel for this price in Greece reflected my experiences."

"Hotel ideally placed for travel to kos town via a local bus service, facilities at hotel limited to the pool area, but did gave access to neighbouring hotels that were part of the same chain. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, some nights worked others didn't and you felt empty and left early. Reception staff a bit flippent about finding nearby places not realising tourists don't know the area, how are we expected to know how to get to places be humble and more polite. Buffet selection a bit predictable for meals after a few days didn't really push the boat out at weekends"
