"We stayed at Hotel Santika for two nights. As a stop station after a long holiday in Gili islands, our stay at the hotel was perfect. For our family (with kids) we stayed in 2 superior rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is also perfect with a lot of traditional foods. What is quite remarkable for us was the dinner with live accoustic music...very relaxing. Thank you , we would definetely come back again."

"Lombok Plaza Hotel is the best But room not to big"

"Location was good, near downtown, near to where I need to conduct my business. May not be a good choice for those going to Lombok for leisure, as it is quite far from the beach. Room cleanliness was ok, but blanket, bedsheet, and towels were kind of yellowish in color, as in old yellow, not stained yellow. The management really need to assign some funds to replacing the old stuffs."

"The bathroom was shocking, not how it was advertised as a Delux room. Church the attached images and look at the bathroom pictures in hotels.com for how the Delux room is advertised. I couldn't take a shower or use the toilet in fear I would get sick. I asked for a refund and they said no. It was very late and all I could do was sleep in the bed."

"To bad the bathroom so filthy dirty old and not hygienic, seems they didn't care for that, scums hard water, door bathroom is filthy dirty, yucky other than that is going to be perfect. "

"1 .the hotel was next to a couple of mosques,so you had praying on load speaker from 5 am ,5 times a day 7 days a week. 2.i left some money in a bag in a flight wallet ,locked the door and went to have a coffee ,came back to 2 cleaners in my room ,1 looking more like a lookout for the other , they remade the bed i slept in even though i was checking out and they remade the other bed that had food stains on it,when they left i noticed ,some of the money in the wallet id just counted was less than...
