The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. "Pets welcome but advise in advance, perfect location, cozy, easy access for local sight seeing and there’s lots of places to go and see. There’s an M&S food at the garage about 200 metres away, good pub within walking distance but allow 30 mins there, and about an hour to get back in the dark 🙂 There is a microwave and induction hob with fridge and toaster in the kitchen but no oven, all you need unless you brought a pizza, no big deal we just froze it and had it when we got home. "Always helpful staff, but watch out for the parking company who take forever to cancel their over active parking fines! Especially when booked into the hotel and provided evidence. It took them nearly a month to cancel their fine and because of this my car hire company charged me £50 admin fee for the parking fine!"

"We requested a room with few steps due to my husband's mobility challenges and were given a good sized accessible room near to reception which was very clean and comfortable. My husband especially appreciated having an armchair in there to rest in and not just a bed to sit on. Staff were very helpful and it was lovely to see them enjoying rewarding the visiting children doing the Easter egg hunt with their prizes, which I'm sure was a highlight of their stay! Breakfast had a large selection of choices and all was fresh and well stocked. Having the pool and sauna was a real bonus for our short break and we both had a very relaxing time. There was free parking near the accessible entrance enabling quick and smooth entry to the building. Thank you to all the team, we will be back!"
