"Not a lot of options here, but the Majestic is grossly overpriced so the Lodge is your only option for a traditional hotel experience. Staff is hit or miss - some were great, some were very disinterested. Restaurant was decent but again, great busboy, lousy waitress. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. Location is excellent for access to Valley activities."

"I stayed in the jupe tent for a few nights. It’s nice in that it had a bed(pretty comfy),electricity, and WiFi. However, the “tent” has no ability to completely seal (unlike a traditional tent) so there were pretty big gaps between the structure and the canvas allowing the possibility of all manner of critters to enter. The restaurant next door had decent food for a limited menu, and all the staff at both locations were nice. The downside?? The bathrooms were atrocious. 2 toilets were clogged and had standing poo water in them, they hadn’t been cleaning in the 3 days I had been there as evidenced by the same juice/wine stain on one of the toilets and overflowing trash/out of tp. The showers? Hard pass. There was also a bunch of hair on the floor of my tent.
I get that it’s a campground, but routine cleaning and disinfection of publicly used toilets and showers really should be the least expected. I imagine if you have an RV or camper van, those aren’t major issues. It was close to the park, but I don’t know that I would stay again."
"Very misleading listing. The room we received was not the one we believed we rented based on the online photos. The WiFi was terrible, and the room did not even include a TV, which was never mentioned in the listing.
Getting luggage to the building was also difficult — either uphill from the front entrance or through mud from the back.
The front desk informed us that you must call at 8 AM to request fresh towels. However, there is no phone in the room, and there is little to no cell service inside the room, making that nearly impossible. When I requested towels in the evening after a long day of hiking, the employee simply said no and told us we would have to wait until morning.
We ended up checking out a day early around 10 AM and then had to walk the entire property just to find someone to turn in our keys.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here."
"What a truly incredible experience for a family with young children or for a gathering for a family traveling from different places. We enjoyed staying on the property during the day and were never at a loss for ways to enjoy ourselves and one another. There are many options for food that were healthy or not so healthy depending on what we wanted. The property was quiet, spacious and absolutely beautiful.
Only, one suggestion: there was an odor coming from the plumbing that was not pleasant."
