"Teribble...we can't check in and we got our time wasted. We cannot communicate properly to the owner. They said they will send their roomboys.. but we waited for more than 5 hours, but they didnt come. I had to sign up for a new hotel. I hope we could get back our payment because we've paid but got nothing in return. This was the worse experience we have ever had. Please do something about this."
