"Rooms are very clean, staff super nice and sweet "

"parking garage is close and valet parking but you have to schlep your bags up 3 floors to check in. and they let us check in early but we left bags in the car, so then we had to drag bags up 3 floors from the basement because elevator was broken. staff told us elevator was broken but no staff was available to help with bags. elevator worked in the rest of the hotel. overall not bad, but, far from a luxury experience. "

"Great staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to transportation and main attractions. You can walk to the White House and other national buildings. "

"Overall, the room was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable. Its downtown DC, so the was constant honking and sirens, but that was minor. Only one elevator was working at the time, so expect a little bit of a wait. The only offputting thing i experienced was a manager chewing out the person behind the desk infront of everyone. That was a bit unprofessional by the manager, and should have been done out of the public area. "
