"Nice"

"The hotel is good. Very outdated needs work done. Our facet in the shower was hanging on by a thread. Moldy tubs, and no shower fan. There was only one area of elevators for the whole hotel. Which was a pain. The kids water park was cool. I didn’t get in the hot tub or hot springs because they were really small and so many people were crammed in there. The line to check in took forever and so many people were getting annoyed took almost 45 minutes just to get checked in. They have kiosk but half of us couldn’t check in on there. I’m not sure if I’ll ever stay there again but my niece enjoyed it and that’s what matters. "

"Took the lotion to the front desk because it had smelled rancid never got a replacement food quality not as good as it was, rooms were adequate.Staff was nice"
