"Staff were very kind and helpful, and it was nice having breakfast each morning. But almost all of the outlets in our room didn’t work, so we had zero working plug-in lamps, and one TV didn’t work. Luckily the few installed ceiling lamps worked. Had to try about 10 outlets to finally find one that worked to charge electronics. There were also quite a few stains on the carpets in our room."

"They are finishing renovations. Our room was recently completed and was nice. Staff was helpful, room was clean and we would stay there again. "

"We had a good experience. However, there seemed to be some miscommunication between the front desk and room service. It took multiple follow-ups over a couple of days to get a crib delivered, and in several other instances we had to contact staff multiple times to get things taken care of. Also worth mentioning parking is $28 per day and the property is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle or for any damage or theft. "

"Everything was great up until the elevator broke down and we kept losing shower pressure. Staff was great. Breakfast was a typical Holiday Inn breakfast and the hotel was very clean."

"3 star hotel deserves nothing more than 3 stars overall, hotel is somewhat outdated has very noisy main Ac building, staff decent not the friendliest, next time I may chose other options"
