The room was immaculate. Ned and linen were comfy. A hotel is a little older but they work hard at keeping it very clean. Everything was great. The staff was personable and professional. They were eager to help. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was wonderful. Room was very nice. It seems the staff is being prepped to say “sorry, sorry” for anything and everything. This is silly. I needed to change outgoing board and both the lovely young lady at the front desk and the lady who brought me a new board are firing “I’m sorries” at me. Really unnecessary and inappropriate.

The room was clean, lobby was clean but the staff is why I'd go back. I goofed and checked in a day after my booked day. I entered the wrong check in date when I was building my booking. I get there and the front desk made it feel like it wasn't a problem, and had my room still ready and just moved my check in-check out date. They made me feel like I was a 10 year guest and not just passing through. I'm staying there again when I'm in the Del Mar area.
