The location is GREAT!! you are literally 1 block from Provenza. I'm not even sure it's a block it seems like the back of the hotel meets the back of the bars & restaurants in Provenza but unfortunately that is the ONLY positive. EVERYTHING about the hotel from the building to the sheets, bathroom fixtures etc. There was a hole in the ceiling piping in the shower, I kept expecting to see a large insect come crawling out but fortunately none did. There a was old phone and radio from the1980s that obviously didn't work. There is basically 1 person working the entire hotel, she did the cleaning and covered the door which they kept locked which is good but you had to find her to get out or in the hotel. One time I was waiting over 15 minutes to leave the hotel and I was worried that may not get in if I came back lets say at 3am. BTW she was great and was working so hard. The photos look NOTHING like the rooms/hotel so as long as you are ok with a "rustic" experience in a great location book it, but if you are expecting a REAL hotel, pleaseavoid this one

The door knob which was interior grade, was not functioning on my room door. I got back late and the nice lady at the front had to jimmy it with a screwdriver to let me in. At that point I could no longer lock my door. If there is one thing I would expect from a stay, it’s that the door actually locks. It costs like $5 for a new door knob. Not to mention the blankets were so small that it wasn’t a comfortable sleep.

Muy mala experiencia en el Hotel Ayenda 1230 Paradise Lleras en Medellin Colombia, pésima atención, camas mas duras que el piso, habitaciones en muy malas, pero muy malas condiciones, recién pintadas con pintura de aceite, imposible de dormir ahi, el aire acondicionado NO sirve, había que usar ventilador, la otra habitación el baño no servia, olía a drenaje, ósea no se podia dormir ahi. El ruido era realmente en extremo, las almohadas en pésimas condiciones, NO había shampoo, el jabón, bueno si es que se le puede llamar así, eso no sirve para nada, las habitaciones en exceso de suciedad. Agregando que NUNCA hicieron limpieza en nuestras habitaciones. Hay mucho mas malo de hablar de este hotel, pero no queda mas que NO VOLVER a ese lugar.

Péssimo

Tenebrosa, a pior estadia que já tive em um lugar. Chegamos e o quarto sujo, cheio de cabelos, banheiro com lixo, reclamamos e foram limpar, quando voltamos, tudo ensebado, cheio de cabelos ainda. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma, fora que a água do ventilador caia dentro do guarda roupa e no chão, além de não ter janelas no quarto e nem no banheiro. Péssima experiência

Primero que todo debo decir que este ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel en toda mi vida, es un lugar feo, sucio, sin aire acondicionado (y en la descripción engañosa dice que si tiene aire acondicionado). El personal piensa que está haciendo un favor cuando uno les pide la cosa y no entiende que es su deber. Las camas súper incomodas, las almohadas mucho peor ! Pero LO PEOR APARTE DE OFRECERTE ALGO QUE NO TIENEN ! Es que colinda (el mismo muro del hotel y una discoteca atrás es compartido ) y en la habitación se siente la música como si tuvieras dentro de la discoteca. El personal hace mucho ruido en el lobby también en la mañana lo que te hace despertar temprano después de no poder dormir nada. Las instalaciones se ven en puro deterioro y no se ve limpio. Me duché y me empezó a picar el cuerpo. En definitiva es EL PEOR LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE EN TODO MEDELLÍN! No dejes que te engañen! No tienen climatizador (aire acondicionado) y no es limpio ni cómodo y no podrás dormir en las noches !

The sheets on all the beds were ripped and stained. Also, bed sheets were dirty with body hair. The room we paid for was different from the room we got. On the check out they tried to charge us for snacks that were not used. Poor experience from start to finish.
