We had a wonderful stay at Estelar La Torre Suites in Medellín. The hotel feels very homely and is especially great for families with kids. We absolutely loved having a suite—it gave us plenty of space and made the stay feel much more comfortable. A big plus was having a washer and dryer in the suite, which is incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with children. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were amazing and very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. There wasn’t much variety, and the options were quite similar each day. Overall, a very comfortable, family friendly hotel that feels like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again

This a beautiful suite hotel that is incredibly spacious. It’s has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. No complaints of the meticulous cleanliness. However, only complainant was we were there during the earthquake and there staff was not prepared at all to guide the guests in an event of an emergency. We were left to fend for ourselves despite no damage to the building whatsoever the tremble and shaking was very rough, especially in the high floors. There was no alarm, no direction, no one in charge to tell us what was going on. We had to keep asking if the hotel had been checked for any damage repeatedly and just got a casual yes from the front desk. No reassurance whatsoever from staff and no information was shared. As guests, we were nervous and deserved guidance, direction and information. Otherwise there is no better location for families right across El Tesoro.
