This is a great place to stay. Clean, great staff. I mean great staff. They always are attentive and right on time. My favorite hotel to stay when Medellin. From the roof top to the coffee bar downstairs, well run establishment. The food is also very good even when doing room service. Great place. Best regards, Kemp

Staff wa super attentive all the time. Included breakfast had multiple options everyday. Room was exactly as described, very clean with everything we needed. But a shoutout for the staff from the bellman to the waiters. They run the show over there.
