The good: plenty of dining options, the staff is nice and helpful, the free breakfast is better than most. The bad: Horrible plastic lined pillows, feels like you're sleeping on a bag of patato chips. Incredibly noisy at night, bring your earplugs. You will be approached by some form of scam, prostitute, beggar within a couple of steps past the hotel entrance.

Right in the middle of parque lleras and walking distance to anything needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would change is the breakfast is a little unimpressive. Other than that I still give 5/5 stars

They charge you if you bring a guest to your room, which I didn’t know till I checked it. They take a long time to check you in/out and the mini bar you have in your room is overpriced. Nice room and hotel overall apart from that though.

Going to Colombia was one of the most exciting adventures me and my group were ready for we were a total of 10 people all staying at this hotel the experience was horrible the lady in front desk was so unprofessional and rude for no reason, the room will not have air or light if the room key was not put on even though the air never was could there were days they were no hot water to shower and the noise was extremely high you could not even rest but over all the bad things this hotel had I will say the receptionist was the worst we spend a lot money to stay here since we where a group of 10 each having there own room she was so rude and nasty even asking for toilet paper was an issue it was outrageous I will never recommend this place to stay cuz it’s not worth your money at all hope you guys can better customer service, water situation and AC that actually work’s but most important hire employees that are loving, respectful and willing to have positive attitude around the gust that pay for there stay.

La experiencia no fue muy buena, el primer dia la habitacion olía horrible a pozo septico, 2 dias sin agua, tuvimos que ir a otro hotel para bañarnos, no hay acensores. Por otro lado el desayuno y el personal muy buenos.

En mi estadía el hotel se quedó sin agua dos días uno de ellos no llegó hasta el otro día la opción que nos dieron fue bańarnos en un hotel cercano no muy contentos fuimos y nos bańamos pero esa noche no salimos ni disfrutamos ya que si salíamos a una disco o a caminar tendríamos que ir al otro hotel a bańarnos nuevamente para acostarnos a dormir , pedí hablar con el gerencial y lo único que nos dijo fue que si nos fue bien bańandonos en el otro hotel lo dijo sarcástico , le pedí un crédito y no nos denegaron. Los vańos no funcionaban y tuvimos que comprar galones de agua para poderlos usar en la mañana para lavarnos la boca y entre otras cosas. Fue una experiencia terrible. Lo único bueno fue el servicio de Laura en la cocina siempre fue bien amable .

No me gustó que la habitación no tenía ningún espejo más que el pequeñito del baño. Tampoco me gustó que el kit que normalmente te obsequian en los hoteles como de jabón, shampoo, crema, o bebidas en el frigobar, TODO te lo compraban aparte. No me gustó la ubicación del hotel pues toda la noche estaba rodeado de sexoservidoras. En una ocasión, dejábamos la habitación por la madrugada, y el personal NUNCA estaba en recepción, estaban en la calle.

Me hospedé en El Provenza durante mi visita a Colombia y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional. La ubicación es inmejorable: en el corazón de la zona Provenza, rodeado de restaurantes, cafés y vida nocturna, pero al mismo tiempo el hotel ofrece un ambiente tranquilo para descansar. La habitación estaba impecable, moderna y cómoda, con todos los servicios necesarios. El desayuno incluido fue variado y delicioso, con opciones típicas colombianas y alternativas internacionales. Además, la limpieza diaria fue constante y detallada. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, segura y bien ubicada en Medellín. ¡Sin duda volveré!
