Au milieu de tous les clubs du quartier El Poblado

Hôtel situé dans le quartier le plus bruyant et animé de Medellín jusqu’à 4h du matin (honnêteté du réceptionniste sur le sujet), chambre très sale (peut-être une omission), proposition d’une autre chambre (un peu mieux), annulation et remboursement des 2 nuits suivantes mais paiement de 50€ (200.000 pesos) pour une nuit horrible ! (Pas de geste commercial - paiement d’une nuit + 10€ - 40.000 pesos de frais Hôtels.com)

Great service and facilities in a loud area

I spent a night here. Yes, the area is extremely loud but I got some earplugs from the reception and I slept like a baby. Paulina from the reception was really nice and spoke good English. She extensively answered all the questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Paulina!
