I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staffs were all good. The only thing I didn’t like was the sound the breakfast place made in the morning. Our room was right on top of the breakfast place so when the breakfast time started you could hear all the noises.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable with great shower and great air conditioner. And great staff I can see how someone who speaks English might misinterpret them on misunderstanding each other and potentially be perceived as not so nice. I did not experience it because they were great to me, but I can imagine why some people Have had reviews and they think that the staff is not so nice. They are nice, it’s just misunderstanding.

Honestly the best place you can stay in Medellín. It’s quiet even though it’s right in el Poblado, is walking distance to everything (1 min away from el cielo and 5 mins walk from alambique). The staff here is also very helpful and are around 24/7. Safety is not an issue due to the staff being at the door at all times. The room I had was very spacious and did not feel like a regular hotel room. Cleanliness at the hotel was also great. Overrall my stay was a 10/10 and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Great option, especially the room with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The included breakfast pretty good as well. My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing in the room. Staff very nice and helpful, one went out of his way to let me use his personal phone for a local call.

Highly recommended to stay there. They are very friendly, they provide good service, place is secure, 24/7 service from the front desk. They will help you with any kind of information. The rooms are good, nice and clean a good place to stay everything is a walking distance and very closed by, atm’s, drugstore, shops, restaurant, beauty store, taxi stand, bars and many more. For a couple or a family I recom. You to stay there.

Geat location. close to everything. Had a big issue with the clogged toilet, but unfortunately nothing could be done as the rooms were all occupied. the staff was apologetic, couldnt do much. But I still enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. very close everything.

Great location! Just a few blocks away from El Poblado and Lleras Parks, and walking distance from Provenza. This is great since you are close enough but will be able to get your sleep without hearing everyone partying on the street! And it felt pretty safe to walk the area. El Exito supermarket and Poblado metro station are also very near by. Even SantaFe shopping mall is walkable! Super friendly staff, always willing to help, breakfast options are fine (fried or scrambled eggs, omelette, delicious pankakes, fruit, arepa, and beverages) they even prepared a doggy bag for us to take on an early tour to Guatape!

The breakfast is very limited, not tasteful, food quality-wise its 1.5-star, that goes with Room Service. The staff do not speak English; the lady at the reception speaks English. There is a bar or disco nearby with music very loud until 1 a.m. I am in the hotel industry and working in international hotel projects, I'd rate this hotel as 3*.

Does not state requirements to check in, even as a colombian citizens they need passport to check in. The manager was unwilling to help even after i showed them all forms of ID i had. I did not stay and was charged for the night. They lack customer service and ethic. If i could put 0/10 i would.

Excelente comodidad, calidad, todo súper limpio, el aseo todos los días, una habitación con mucho espacio, desayuno perfecto, a una cuadra del parque el poblado todo muy céntrico, a quien le gusta la vida nocturna se puede ir a Provenza 5 minutos caminado, de verdad recomendado.
