Love how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff was. We enjoyed our stay, we felt safe and at home. The room and bathroom was clean and they refreshed daily. The breakfast options could have been more, but overall it wasn’t bad and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing, welcoming and friendly. They make you feel at home. The food at the lobby restaurant is really good. We really enjoyed the breakfast which is included. The rooftop DJ brings the vibes and the views are amazing! Location is 10/10.

An Absolutely Gorgeous Place to Stay! Selvario36 was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! From the moment I arrived, I loved the clean, peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home. Sandra, Felipe, and the entire staff were incredible. Everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a place to stay in El Poblado, Medellín, don’t think twice — this is the place! I’m truly grateful for the experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

had a good experience at this hotel great location looks really nice. The staff was very nice and helpful, only thing is the shower. We had extremely hot or extremely cold water. There was no way to get it in the middle also it took at least 1 hour to fill the jacuzzi but it was super nice

Selvario 36 was a fantastic hotel! All of the staff were kind and extremely helpful, even helping to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel on short notice. We had a very pleasant experience, not to mention the very beautiful setting!

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our experience. This hotel is an absolute must when staying in El Poblado. The room was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. Our room had a hammock on the balcony which was perfect for an afternoon nap. My husband and I felt like we were in an oasis. The vibe it brings is unmatched. The staff is very attentive to all of our needs and easily accessible through WhatsApp. I also surprised my husband with a couples massage and all I could hear is him snoring right next to me of how relaxed he was. I would rate this hotel a 10/10 if I could!
