"We are a family of four, with children aged 6 and 4, and we had a fantastic and very relaxing stay at this hotel in August 2026. This is a high-class establishment where everything simply works very well, and where a great deal of thought seems to have gone into every aspect of the guest experience. We had a large, quiet and comfortable room with four beds, thoroughly cleaned every afternoon by friendly and attentive staff. We were particularly interested in the beach area, and found it extremely well organised in every respect and never overcrowded. The food was excellent. There was also a large dedicated dining room for families with children, offering a kids' menu as well as excellent breakfast options. My special thanks go to the hotel's very well-run spa, where two medical massage sessions with Gulten made me feel considerably better and even resolved a persistent issue that had been troubling me for some time. Our children had a wonderful time. They greatly enjoyed both the sea and the activities at the Kids Club - special thanks to Sara Demirel and Elya - as well as the children's pool and the playground. The hotel is very well maintained throughout. Of course, it is still possible to find small things that could be improved - for example, not every waiter in the dining hall seemed quite as attentive as one might wish, although the great majority were excellent. But these are minor points: the overall quality of the hotel is consistently and impressively high."

"A Big Thank You to the Receptionist We would like to say a very big thank you to the kind gentleman with white hair at the reception of PRIVADO Hotels in Antalya. When our son needed medical attention, he went out of his way to help us. He kindly wrote a note in Turkish for us so that we could find the nearest hospital. This was extremely helpful, especially during a stressful moment when we were worried about our son. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. Even though we don’t know his name, we hope the hotel knows exactly who we mean — the wonderful white-haired gentleman at reception. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. We truly appreciate it and will never forget it."

"My stay at Akra Hotel started off a little rocky after a rough flight and an over three-hour delay. After such a long travel day, I was hoping for a welcoming and seamless arrival, but unfortunately, the check-in experience added to the frustration. Before arriving, I received an email inviting me to complete a fast check-in, including waivers that required my signature. However, once I arrived, I was told that the online process didn't really matter and that I still had to go through the entire check-in process. After an exhausting day of travel, that was disappointing and felt like an unnecessary step. The check-in line also lacked structure. I was waiting behind two gentlemen, with a woman standing to my right. When the guest at the counter finished, the staff member didn't indicate who was next. A person who had just entered the hotel walked up and was assisted before those of us who had already been waiting. It may seem minor, but after a three-hour flight delay and a long travel day, it was frustrating. Once I received my room key, however, my experience improved considerably. My room was clean, comfortable, and had exceptional views. I had also selected a room that included access to the Urban Chic Lounge on the 10th floor, which I was looking forward to enjoying. Unfortunately, my experience in the lounge left me with an uncomfortable feeling that I can't ignore. "The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with modern facilities, well-maintained grounds, and excellent cleanliness throughout the resort. Housekeeping did a great job, and the property was always kept clean and tidy. The main area that could be improved is the service. The resort has many stairs and is spread out over a large area, so this may be why the waiters are not able to walk around and check on guests as consistently as expected. A more attentive service throughout the day would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience. The dinner buffet could also be improved. While there is a good variety of food, the quality and selection at dinner did not meet the standard I expected from a resort of this level. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beautiful setting and cleanliness were definite highlights, but improvements to the service and evening dining experience would make this resort even better."
