"Davide and the staff were excellent. Very accommodating. The place was hard to find and a couple of very minor things didn't work as expected (e g., safe, variety of breakfast options), but overall it was a wonderful experience."
"The facilities are amazing
Its close to the train station the staff is friendly.
I definitely recommend this hotel. The food is great and the beverages too."
"Food at the onsite restaurant was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast and really enjoyed it. The issue is the rooms, our room was musty, old, and the cleaning job was horrendous. There was a used shower cap left in the shower from a previous guest. Towels had stains and there was a half eaten food container in the mini fridge and a paper shopping bag from previous guest just laying on the furniture. "I liked this place so much the first time I stayed after my flight to Italy, I booked it again for the night before my flight out. Perfect all around, great location, clean, modern, comfortable beds and strong AC. Staff is absolutely excellent, helpful and accommodating. I will always stay here when I come back to Rome, this experience was absolutely fantastic! "
"Nothing was too much trouble - the reception staff were excellent and always willing to recommend how to best get the most out of our time there. The shuttle service to the metro and free underground parking were also very useful 👍
I would certainly recommend staying here."
"We stayed here for a few days at the start of a trip to Italy. It wasn't the most conveniently located hotel for exploring the famous sites of Rome, but it wasn't a horrible location, either. We were able to easily navigate the buses and trains to areas we wanted to visit (a bus stop is right outside the property, and buses can take you to a train station). We were sad that the pool was out of commission during our stay, but things happen and the staff provided vouchers to visit the pool at a different hotel nearby. There was also a mall next door that had a variety of shops and dining options."
