"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. "Charming hotel with attentive bi-lingual service, warm & friendly personnel. Massages & facial treatments in the warm, cosy Spa were excellent. Room was a bit cramped with too much furniture for the space, but there was a big, sunny deck to enjoy.
