"I loved the pool area and the morning coffee in the lobby starting at 6:30 is great too as is the self-serve 24 hour snacks & drinks. Great guest experience overall! Front desk called our room to let us know the maintance team had to drill for 30 seconds in the room next to ours and apologized for the call and the noise, but I appreciated the notice and I could hardly hear the drill for what was maybe 15 seconds. Comfy bed & pillows. great shower. Property clean & well maintained. Easy access to downtown. Great restaurants close by. "

"This was one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at! They didn’t nickel and dime you, they offered incredible amenities, everything was clean and staff were all so nice and helpful. The setting was gorgeous and we were able to get to everything nearby in Charleston and Shem Creek in just minutes. We will DEFINITELY be back!! "

"We stayed at the Charleston Place for our anniversary weekend and my wife’s birthday weekend with our 5 month old baby. The service was phenomenal from checking in, valet, assistance with our bags to our room, requesting of a crib, and the cleanliness of our room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back to visit. I’ve already shared this stay with my parents. So hopefully they come to have an enjoyable experience. "
