2/10 Terrible

"I will have to say I’m rather disappointed for such an expensive two nights thousand dollars plus for two nights the place was noisy and of course it was Memorial Day weekend and kids everywhere and no one to stop them running up and down the hall, bum, bum, bum, bum, bum bum, bum bum bum, and it was just crazy that the rooms I could hear people talking so the walls were thin as paper had to kill a couple spiders in the room and the room look clean, but the spiders and then there was a I don’t know. It was a mosquito some kind of blood sucking animal. I don’t know little bug kill this question red bloods came out everywhere. It was not ideal weekend. I’m very disappointed. I wish I could give them better reading, but I can’t for the amount of money they charge for us to stay there. It’s just not worth it."

"The day staff was very kind and helpful! The night staff was probably very tired and overworked, so that part of the experience wasn't as nice, but you get what you pay for! Someone was blasting music from midnight-4am, but we've had the same thing happened at every cheap hotel we've stayed at in California, so maybe that's just a California thing! With earplugs and white noise going it wasn't too bad. All in all, honestly a bit better than we expected for the price!"

"The staff and property were great. We arrived after check in time and had to wait 15 mins until our room was ready. Because of that, we were comped a free Margarita at the bar. Mattress was not comfortable because of slight dip in the middle. Kids running and screaming up and down the hallway at midnight. Final invoice charged us $3 for a bottle of water in the room, which we did not drink. They said they’d remove that charge, so, we’ll see. Unless nothing else is available, we won’t be staying there, again."

"Pros first: Nice staff, newly remodeled, pretty clean, free parking, free continental breakfasts, great area. Cons: DO NOT GET A BEACH SIDE ROOM! The traffic sounds from the freeway and train come right through the Ac vent. The freeway is about 200 yards away. Also ANYONE can come through the elevator from the parking garage! NOT SAFE! The light on the balcony cannot turn off and it is as bright as daylight. While there are black out curtains, it’s still too bright."
