The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a long day, we were tired and after navigating Zurich streets & traffic finding a parking space - frustrating to say the least, we arrived and attempted the self checkin (I had registered earlier that day) but was having trouble opening my account etc.. The receptionist, wish I could remember her name, starts with 'M', was an absolute lifesaver. She calmly took care of us, got us a physical key, directed us to the parking ramp, and basically reset us from our downward spiral.
Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Thanks.

"The Hotel was centrally located to train station and attractions. Upon arrival the reception area was quite dark. Staff was unable to communicate room check in and procedures. Friendly however awkward."

"Overall the location and resort was good. We were unaware it is a serviced apartment that we would even have to load the dishwasher - and put away the dry dishes- before we left. Reception/check-in desk is not always open so make sure you check hours. We didn't have any soap in our room. Asked on ..."
