"Overall good experience. Some rowdy patrons and there may be better areas to stay closer to Pererenan but this is a great little hotel to access several beaches and walk to Finn’s."

"We (myself and young daughter) stayed in a villa with a pool and valley view and loved it. You really feel like you’re transported to a magical Balinese wonderland here. The attention to details is apparent. The staff is so lovely and service is impeccable. The monkeys made our stay in this particular room very interesting, but don’t stay in a valley view room if you’re not keen on some rambunctious morning visitors. They make an excellent natural alarm clock."

"Hotel at very good cental location, with shops and supermart just outside. Nice friendly service staff. Room is clean, nice garden view. Birds chirping away in the morning. Garden ground has lots of colourful frangipanis. Within the hotel there are padi fields, may sit by the cafe to enjoy tooking at the green padis. Breakfast is great. Good choice for a Bali holiday."

"Loved stay at Maya Ubud! The location was great for going into town but I honestly didn't want to leave the resort! I loved the adult infinity pool. My room was great with a comfortable bed and turn down service. The dance shows at dinner were fun too. I do recommend taking bug spray if you walk on the riverside trail; I got at least 40 mosquito bites on a very short walk there. I also recommend a trip to the spa!"

"Cannot fault a single thing. Hotel is great and walking distance to all the Canggu hotspots (close enough for parties but quiet enough for sleep) super clean, great pool etc. Staff, as usual are incredible, down to housekeeping who went above and beyond for our stay (special mention to Guna and Darma) Highly recommend"

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. I was initially given a room in block D which directly faces a nightclub and you could hear the music and the rowdy crowd clearly. This was notwithstanding that at check in, I had specifically asked if the room was quiet facing and the staff said yes. First night was alright as the club was closed but on the second night, I made a complaint. They then shifted me to another room in block B which was much quieter. If you prefer a quieter room, you might want to double check with the hotel during check in and avoid any rooms facing the club."
