"We needed an economical placed in CBD close to Southern Cross and this was well placed. We knew it wasn’t going to be great. It was clean. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and it was noisy with late night guests coming in a party mood and making lots of noise. but we only stayed 2 nights. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. Felt a bit like a jail cell in a jail block but it was ok for a very short stay. "

"Location was awesome but it ended there Room on the 14th floor, really dirty, carpet ripped, wallpaper peeling off the walls, tap in the bathroom sink broken out of the basin, one broken lift and the other two were overloaded, when I alerted reception she just shrugged. Probably better around for the price"

"Happy, friendly staff. Nice room, 17th floor room, spacious, nice views. Great central location. Walk or tram easily anywhere in CBD. Getting there, Skybus airport to Southern Cross station, free tram 86 along Bourke St to Russell St, walked through 2 allies, came out next to hotel. Really convenient. Excellent choice for Melbourne stay."

"Hotel was very accommodating for us and our needs, we requested a microwave and extra towels and they were happy to do so. Breakfast was lovely as was Hop Garden for dinner. Our son loved the view of the city and will happily come back again"
